Thirst

To be in this moment, right now, right here

All is truly well, there is nothing to fear

I dance in your stillness as I rest in your calm

Gently held by the love in the heart of your palm

Your song is eternal and your word is so true

There is only one love, it could only be you!

The great wisdom you give me to ascend way up high

Makes me thirst for your water as to never run dry

Drinking only from your fountain by your side I will lye

I am but a twinkle in the center of God's eye

SURRENDER

Bitter anger and pain

have darkened your glow

Your heart aching for love

and your mind for peace

yet the ego prevails

and the dove still asleep

Stop, look & listen

not somewhere above

It is hidden inside of you

this blueprint of love

Look to the creator

of all that is life

and gone be the days

of struggle and strife

Put the ego in check

no one makes it alone

God will move over

there is room on his throne.

Surrender so deeply

to the master completely

you will find that you are already home!

The mighty mountains feeding endless streams

The flow of eternity remembers our dreams

Expanding our consciousness

Opening our hearts

To reveal life's abundance
